Why Do I Need to Have My Documents Notarized?

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are to cancel any mobile notary service
48hrs PRIOR to scheduled appointment time: a full refund will be issued.
Under 48hr notice a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
After our notary has begun travel to the signing location, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee + travel fee, the remainder of payment will be refunded to you.

All Notary Services excluding Real Estate Closings from Real Estate Professionals will require pre-payment.
